Napa Cabbage and Tuna Milk and Miso Udon Noodles

Made with napa cabbage, which heats easily, and tuna, which is convenient for stockpiling.

白菜とツナのミルク味噌うどん

Ingredients (2 Servings)

1 can of liquid formula (240 ml)

2 slices of napa cabbage (100 g)

50 g of tuna (oil drained)

1 small scallion

80 ml of water

1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of miso

1 bundle of boiled udon noodles

How to Make

Cut napa cabbage into 2-cm cubes, then cut scallion into round slices.

Put napa cabbage, tuna, scallion, boiled udon noodles, soy sauce, and water into a pot, then cover and heat on low for 4 minutes.

Add liquid formula and heat, then dissolve the miso.

Milk Minestrone

Ingredients (2 Servings)

1 can of liquid formula (240 ml)

2 sausages

1/3 potato (about 50 g)

1/5 onion (30 g)

1/5 carrot (20 g)

60 g of simmered cut tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon of salad oil

A pinch of salt

60 ml of water

A pinch of dried parsley

How to Make

Cut sausages into round slices 5 mm thick, the potatoes into 1 cm cubes, and slice the onions and carrots.

Put salad oil, sausage, potatoes, onion, and carrots into a pot and heat on low.

Sprinkle with salt and stir-fry together, then add water and cut tomatoes, cover, and cook for about 8 minutes.

Add liquid formula and heat, then arrange on a plate and sprinkle on parsley.
