ROASTING TRADITION

Meiji employs the traditional roasting method, which differs from other methods in that it warms the macadamia nuts to the core, locking in the flavor and sweetness.

SPECIAL TEXTURE AND TASTE

Meiji uses crushed macadamia nuts in each piece of macadamia chocolate, and the chocolate is specially formulated for macadamia nuts. Even the way they mix in your mouth when you eat it has been calculated , so you can enjoy the special taste and texture.
