Ingredients (one serving)

Plain yogurt:
1 pack
Cereal (rich in dietary fiber, sugar-free):
3 tablespoons
Pineapple (in a bag):
1 bag
Kinako:
2 teaspoons

Cooking instructions:

  • ①Tenderize and crush the pineapple by hand, while keeping it in the bag, so that it can be eaten more easily.
  • ② Put the pineapple prepared in ①and the cereal into the yogurt. Sprinkle some kinako over before eating.
  • Fermented food: Yogurt
  • Dietary fiber: Cereal, pineapple
  • Oligosaccharides: Kinako
