Ingredients (one serving)
- Plain yogurt:
- 1 pack
- Cereal (rich in dietary fiber, sugar-free):
- 3 tablespoons
- Pineapple (in a bag):
- 1 bag
- Kinako:
- 2 teaspoons
Cooking instructions:
- ①Tenderize and crush the pineapple by hand, while keeping it in the bag, so that it can be eaten more easily.
- ② Put the pineapple prepared in ①and the cereal into the yogurt. Sprinkle some kinako over before eating.
- Fermented food: Yogurt
