①Cut the bread in half, and spread yogurt on top. Place round-sliced banana on top, and bake in an oven toaster for three to four minutes, until desirable browning is achieved.
②Pour honey on top, and sprinkle parsley and paprika powder to your liking.
When banana is exposed to heat, its oligosaccharide content increases. Rye and Graham breads are rich in dietary fiber.
