Ingredients (one serving)
- Rye bread:
- 2pieces
- Banana:
- 1/2
- Yogurt:
- 4 tablespoons
- Honey:
- 1 teaspoon
- Parsley and paprika powder:
- To your liking.
Cooking instructions:
- ①Cut the bread in half, and spread yogurt on top. Place round-sliced banana on top, and bake in an oven toaster for three to four minutes, until desirable browning is achieved.
- ②Pour honey on top, and sprinkle parsley and paprika powder to your liking.
- Fermented food: Yogurt
- Dietary fiber: Rye bread (Graham bread may be used also.)
- Oligosaccharides: Banana, honey
Cooking tips:
When banana is exposed to heat, its oligosaccharide content increases. Rye and Graham breads are rich in dietary fiber.
