If you answered four or five As:
Type 1: You have oil-enriched healthy skin.

You have skin that tends to become oily. To suppress excessive sebum, it is necessary to look after your skin properly. If you put a hot towel over the face or treat it with steam before your face-washing routine, it will open up the pores and make it easier to remove unwanted substances from the skin. It is also effective to use an astringent lotion that suppresses sebum secretion, or a lotion that extracts undesirable substances out of the pores. It is recommended consuming foods that are rich in vitamins E and C and also dietary fiber, as they are known to alleviate darkened pores and acne.

If you answered two or three As:
Type 2: You have unbalanced skin that has problems with both oiliness and dryness.

Your skin has a mixture of oily and dry conditions. It is necessary to take care of the skin by suppressing excess sebum where it is oily and moisturizing it where it is dry. The first important step is to make sure that you wash your face more carefully and thoroughly: a foaming face wash and a microfiber cloth are effective. But for skin areas that are dry, such as the cheeks and around the mouth, be sure to gently wash with your fingers. It is also recommended using a moisturizing skin lotion, serum, and cream to replenish the water content of the skin. Consume foods that are rich in proteins, B vitamins, and vitamin C as they are essential components of healthy skin.

If you answered zero or one A:
[Type 3] You have dry skin that lacks vibrancy.

You might have dry skin that tends to lose its vibrancy quickly and obviously. To address this condition, it is advisable to moisturize the skin not only from the outside but also from within, to restore its potential vibrancy. If you put a hot towel over the face or apply steam to warm up the skin before your skin care routine, the skin will become more permeable to the lotion, etc. Be gentle when washing the face to avoid too much stimulation. Be sure to consume foods that are rich in collagen and protein, and also vitamin A, and the B vitamins that are known to improve rough skin and promote metabolism. You might also try eating more spicy foods that warm up the body.
