Meiji Co., Ltd. has conducted a wide range of research on the health effects of yogurt.
Through this research, we confirmed the effect in which it facilitates the absorption of carotenoids from vegetables when yogurt is eaten at the same time as vegetables. This article introduces the functions of OLL1251 strain (OLL1251 lactic acid bacteria) and OLS3290 strain (OLL3290 lactic acid bacteria) which we found through tests to facilitate the absorption of carotenoids.
